1. Payment
   Full payment is required in advance before initiating any recruitment process.
2. Service Scope
   We provide domestic worker recruitment services, including visa processing, medical examination, travel arrangements, and delivery to the client’s residence.
3. Refund Policy
   Fees are non-refundable once visa processing has started, except in cases of force majeure or company error.
4. Worker Responsibility
   Tadaber Almostqbl is not responsible for the worker’s behavior or actions after being handed over to the client.
5. Client Obligations
   The client is responsible for providing suitable living conditions, fair treatment, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
6. Changes to Terms
   Tadaber Almostqbl reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
